Sustainability Report 2025

Engaging People and Communities

In addition to financial contributions, employees demonstrated a strong commitment to service through hands-on volunteerism.

In 2025, employees logged 11,800 volunteer hours, an increase from the prior year, and a reflection of continued engagement across sites and teams.

Volunteer efforts supported a broad range of causes. These hours represent employees dedicated to strengthening local communities, often in partnership with organizations supported through the company’s giving and matching programs.

Advancing our giving pillars

Across all programs, 2025 giving advanced the company’s core community investment priorities:

  • Supporting global and local communities through strategic corporate and site-level investments.

  • Strengthening education pipelines and workforce readiness through higher education support and STEM initiatives.

  • Improving health and quality of life through partnerships with food banks, social service organizations and community nonprofits.

  • Encouraging employee engagement through volunteerism and matching programs that extend reach and impact.

By combining significant corporate investments with employee-driven giving and service, CPChem continues to deliver meaningful, long-term value to the communities it serves.
